Shipping & Returns
Each product is handmade to order once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer, so we consider all online orders as final sale.
All orders are subject to our approval and product availability. Once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
All goods are priced in USD, and all other currencies are calculated automatically from this, hence should be regarded as a guide only.
Change & Cancellation of Order
Cancellations are only accepted 48 hours after order placement. Please contact as at customerservice@fardaofficial.com if you would like to change any detail of your order as soon as possible and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
No cancellation or change of order accepted once product is dispatched.
Shipping
Due to the nature of made-to-order and customized items, manufacturing lead times may vary as your item is created specifically for you. For more information on manufacturing times, please visit the product page.
After production we will dispatch your product to shipping agency of your choice and you will receive an e-mail for confirmation and order tracking.
Delivery time can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
FARDA is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent. If your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, we will open an investigation with the related delivery service.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available.
However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package is and when delivery has been confirmed.
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount as they would vary country to country. Customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Returns
FARDA makes "made-to-order" custom products specially for you, so unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges based on fit or any other reason unless product is defective or damaged.
This will not relieve our company from its obligation and commitment of absolute customer satisfaction.
Our company recognizes its obligation to comply with the Consumer Rights Law and every product you receive is under the guarantee of our company.
Please check your packages for external damages when you receive it. Check the packages that you think may be damaged during the shipment in the presence of the shipping company representative.
After making sure that package is not damaged, please open it and and check your product and make sure that it is not damaged or defective.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at customerservice@fardaofficial.com with details of the product and the defect within 48 hours of delivery. You may send the product which you consider damaged or defective to below address after confirmation from our team.

Please make sure that damaged or defective product is returned exactly as you received it with original tags attached and unaltered. Used, worn, modified or tailored products will not be refunded or replaced in any way.
We will contact you once examination of the product is completed. You will be informed whether the product will be exchanged or you are entitled to refund.
The products that you want to return will be refunded to your credit card within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the products in accordance with the conditions of return and you will be notified of the Provision Code by mail.
The refund is to be reflected in your statement within the framework of your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code for refunds that are not reflected on your statement.
The taxes and expenses paid at customs (customs duty, value added tax, excise and compensatory taxes etc.) arising from the delivery of the service delivery are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the issue of refund.
The customer proceeds with this acceptance.
If your return does not meet the conditions, the package will be sent back to you. We would like to inform you that our company does not cover the shipping costs due to this process.
Refund of product without the original issued invoice is not accepted.
